Notices; Time for Filing. Whenever any provision of this article requires that notice be given to or that filing be made with the commissioner a specified period of time before a matter may lawfully be used or an event lawfully occur, such period of time may be reduced by the commissioner at the request ofthe licensee if good cause is shown therefor.
