Business in Own Name. Except as provided in Section 1724.5 of the Insurance Code and the commissioner's regulations promulgated thereunder (Sections 2050 and following of Title 10 of the California Administrative Code) and Sections 2066.2, 2066.3, 2066.4 hereof, every bail licensee shall do business in his own name.
