basic law pertaining to recovery
- Court System.
- Pulling cases when a defendant is brought to the magistrate through judicial
procedures, you can have the court clerk Dull the case and send it to the duty judge to
have the defendant remanded.
- Exoneration.
- Technically when you surrender a defendant, the bond should be exonerated. If not
you can make a motion with the magistrate to have the bond exonerated at a later date.
Also, be prepared to pay court costs at the time of the motion which vary from court to
court.
- Motion.
- Motion and law is a lecture in itself. The only advise I can give is to read up on your motion before you go in, even if your defendant is in jail and the case is over. You can still lose the case.
